Im De Bütt – Family Baths & Sauna boasts one of the region's most beautiful bathing landscapes. We are looking to strengthen our team on 01.08.2026 by hiring a dedicated specialist.
The area of responsibility
Supervisory activities in the swimming pool and sauna
Carrying out cleaning tasks according to specified hygiene standards
Ensuring adherence to bathing regulations and safety rules
Carrying out rescue measures and first aid
Customer care and support for our swimming pool guests
Execution of cash register activities
Refilling and checking consumables
What you bring with you
Silver lifeguard badge (DLRG or comparable)
Proof of first aid training including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (not older than 2 years)
Inclusion of the ability to be rescued
Enjoying interacting with people
Physical fitness and resilience
Friendly and engaged personality
Willingness to work on call in shift work on weekends and public holidays
